II. Rights of data subjects

Here you will find information about the rights to which you are entitled, but without the explicit reproduction of lengthy legal formulations. References to the relevant legal texts are assigned to the respective rights items so that you can easily access the legal text with a click and find out the details there.

In principle, you can request at any time, without giving reasons, whether I have stored any data about you. You will receive a response to your request from me within the time limits specified in Article 12(3) GDPR.

Please note that restrictions apply to the right to information (b) and the right to erasure (d) in accordance with Section 34 and 35 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Revocation of the declaration of consent under data protection law
Art. 7 GDPR
If the processing of your data is based on a consent signed by you, you can revoke this consent at any time. The processing of your data may no longer be continued after receipt of the revocation. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to information
Art. 15 GDPR
As stated above, I do not receive any specific information about you as a result of your use of this website. I will only receive such information if you contact me by e-mail, fax, post, telephone or in person and provide the relevant details. You can assert your right to information in this regard by post, fax or e-mail to me (see point I. – Person responsible).
Right to rectification
Art. 16 GDPR
If your personal data stored by me is incorrect, you can request that it be corrected or completed.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
Art. 17 GDPR
Under the conditions set out in paragraph a, you may request the immediate erasure of personal data concerning you. This is the case, for example, if you withdraw your consent or if the data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected. If you make a request for erasure, please also note paragraph b and the possible exceptions (grounds for refusal of erasure) in paragraph c.
Right to restriction of processing

If some of the conditions listed in paragraph a are met, you can request that the processing of the data concerning you be restricted.
Right to data portability
Art. 20 GDPR
You can have data that is processed automatically by you on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a structured, common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place if it is technically feasible.
Right to information

Your aforementioned data subject rights are supplemented by information obligations of the companies processing your data, in other words: your rights to be informed arise from the GDPR articles mentioned, unless this would be impossible or involve a disproportionate effort.
Right of objection

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you can object to the processing of your personal data if there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation.

III. Access data

The website operator or the internet service provider (manitu) collects data about access to the site and stores it as “server log files”. The following data is logged in this way:

Amount of data sent in bytes
Source/reference from which you reached the page
Browser used
Operating system used
IP address used

The data collected is only used for statistical analysis and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of unlawful use.

IV. SSL encryption

In order to protect your data during transmission, I use state-of-the-art encryption methods (SSL via HTTPS).

V. Handling of personal data

The website operator only collects, uses and passes on your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data. Personal data is all information that can be used to identify you personally and that can be traced back to you – for example, your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

VI. Handling contact data

If you contact the website operator using the contact options provided, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your inquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
